1. Agreement

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products

All IYA pieces are handcrafted and made to order. As such, slight variations in texture, finish, and form are inherent to the nature of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you are quoted at the time of ordering is the price you will pay.

4. Orders & Production

All orders are made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks. We will confirm your order and keep you informed throughout the production process. A full payment or 50% deposit (for bespoke orders) is required to begin production.

5. Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on UK orders over £150. International shipping rates vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of IYA / Wafaa Ashur and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Made to Order

As all IYA pieces are handcrafted and made specifically to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order, and to contact us via WhatsApp or email with any questions beforehand.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@iyaofficial.com with photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. The 50% deposit paid to begin work is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
